Cathy LaClair Jewelry Design
Hi my name is Cathy LaClair, a Vermont native, and I handcraft jewelry with the goal that it makes people feel beautiful inside and out. I am inspired to work in various precious metals, freshwater pearls and natural gemstones. I love the coolness of their touch on your skin, the smooth and rough textures, and the multiple number of colors and patterns found within our world. I make unique pieces that draw attention to the natural beauty of the materials and the wearer. I strive to make pieces that fit great on your body, so you love the way it feels and experience joy while wearing them. I have a small working studio in the South end of Burlington at 180 Flynn Avenue.

I create my jewelry in many different ways. I work in Porcelain, Fine Silver, PMC Silver, Gold, and Argentium Sterling Silver. I make my own Porcelain beads and pendants which I fire in high temperatures in the kiln. Some of my works are glazed, unglazed or fired again with Fine Silver on the top of porcelain.
My jewelry is all designed and handmade by me. I like to experiment with different techniques, colors and shapes. Every piece is handmade and unique.

Happy Fantastic Designs is a collection of unique original ink drawings by artist Joanne Kalisz. Joanne laser-cuts her own art onto Baltic birch wood at Generator Maker Space and turns it into earrings, pendants, and ornaments.
